Monika has been working for over 17 years, spending majority of her experience in Process Excellence and Delivery Operations. She has managed Process Excellence, Complex Delivery and many Projects for various domestic and international clients. She has also managed large complex projects/processes involving Cross Functional Delivery teams, Account Relations and client facing roles. With her active engagement in transitions, she has led multiple teams to successful and steady state of delivery. During her work experience, she has been in various delivery roles, across multiple geographies, managing end user service delivery and client relationship management.
