A start-up evangelist and technology enthusiast, he helps start-ups scale and is a strategic planner at heart. His robust experience spans across digital media, strategic consulting, software development and Business Process Outsourcing across wide industries and geographies. He has managed Integrated Operations, Delivery Transformation and many Special Projects in his progressive career growth.
Monika has been working for over 17 years, spending majority of her experience in Process Excellence and Delivery Operations. She has managed Process Excellence, Complex Delivery and many Projects for various domestic and international clients. She has also managed large complex projects/processes involving Cross Functional Delivery teams, Account Relations and client facing roles. With her active engagement in transitions, she has led multiple teams to successful and steady state of delivery. During her work experience, she has been in various delivery roles, across multiple geographies, managing end user service delivery and client relationship management.

Director
Preeti is Masters in Arts Field from Ch. Charan Singh University in 2008 and has been actively working in Social sector where she contributes in field of Education to the students from lower income group. She has worked on free lance projects over a period of 14 years in Education sector. Shw has also contributed and given back to society during the Covid pandemic by helping the needy section of the society. She has volunteered in the vaccination Program for Covid-19 and her work has been appreciated by renowned people in the society. She has a zeal to contribute towards the society and has volunteered with Sparsh where she can reach out to more people and provide her selfless services

Sh. V.K Sharma has a rich experience of 35+ years in Government sector where he has contributed in Fields of Rural development and people upliftment. He has served in KVIC (Khadi and Village industries Services) for 35 years on various roles like Technical Trainer (Bee Keeping, Soap Making and other small and Medium scale industries). He retired from Services in Sep 2013 from the post of Astt. Director –Training Centre, KVIC, Rajghat.
Sh. V.K Sharma has also served as President of Sanyukt Kisan Morcha (North East Delhi) for two terms and has held many roles post retirement with RWA’s and other social institutions. He is active member of Lotus Hospital Trust and MIHU (May I help You) as a platform to reach out to the needy and under privileged people. His Zeal to work for the upliftment of needy and dedication towards the social work makes him an outstanding person and keep the spirit high even in trying times. He has served people in his capacity during the Covid-19 Pandemic where he helped the needy both in medical as well as Financial capacity. He has been associated with many social organizations to provide support.
Mr. V.K Sharma is Post Graduate in Humanity and Arts Field from CH. Charan Singh University and reside in Delhi for last 45 years.
